Robert A. McReynolds, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Heather A. Long. He brings a unique blend of military discipline, government service, and courtroom advocacy to his work on behalf of injured workers throughout Delaware.

Originally from Texas, Robert began his career serving in the United States Navy, with assignments in Pensacola, Florida; Fort Meade, Maryland; and Norfolk, Virginia. After completing his military service, he spent ten years as a defense contractor, concluding his federal career in the Office of the General Counsel for the Secretary of Defense.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Before joining the Law Office of Heather A. Long, he served as a Public Defender with the Office of Defense Services in Kent County, Delaware, where he represented clients in a wide range of matters and developed extensive trial experience. His diverse background enables him to approach each case with focus, integrity, and a deep commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.
